HOME BASE

Home Base is what we call the operational nexus at the host church facility.  The Home Base Coordinator, along with other staff:

• Manage the master schedule for the week.
• Serve as the traffic managers for raised issues and conflict resolution.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our program areas.
• Serve as the reporting center for Youth Protection Policy or Code of Conduct violations and coordinate for follow up.
• Enforce rules and apply disciplinary action as necessary.
