VISITOR POLICY

Our intent is to provide a fully-enclosed, separate from the outside world experience for the students attending Work Camp.  Visitors can be a distraction and can sometimes prevent students from fully engaging in the Work Camp experience.  But, we do realize that our Worship Program is an amazing thing to witness in person, so we do allow visitors to come enjoy one session inside of the week.

Our Worship Program events are open for visitors on:

  • Tuesday, April 2nd in the evening
  • Wednesday, April 3rd in the evening
  • Friday, April 5th in the morning

Visitors should pick one day to visit to ensure we have enough room for everyone throughout the week.

On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, visitors can arrive between 6:45 and 7pm, when the evening program starts.

On Friday morning, visitors can arrive between 8:45 and 9am, when the morning program starts.

When you arrive, please park in the Visitor Lot and enter the sanctuary through the Union Street entrance.  Visitors will sign in and get a visitor tag, then will be directed to specific areas in the sanctuary set aside for visitors to sit.

Visitors wanting to drop off notes or small items for the student mailboxes can come to Home Base during the hours of 10am-3pm on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.  Similarly, items be can left with visitor check-in in the evening and will be distributed to students by the Home Base staff team.  Please sure the items are marked with the student’s full name and church.

For safety reasons, and with the desire to care best for the community members that we serve, only lunch delivery volunteers and adult volunteers who have been issued an FCWC red wristband may visit the sites at which our students are ministering during the week.

Contact FCWC Home Base at 585-210-8189 with any questions.
